Breeders of Future Dressage Stars

Wolfingham Jalapeno

Jalapeno was foaled in January 2003 on an extremely hot summer afternoon hence the name. He is out of Wolfingham Georgia by Rozzie Ryan’s supersire Jive Magic. A very impressive young horse with beautiful markings, he stood over 16hh at 18 months of age! He is a very sensitive and gentle soul and will be a serious competition partner in the future. His dam was a successful dressage competitor before retiring as a broodmare. Some of her successes include HVDA Reserve Champion Novice Dressage horse of the year, the Karella Stud Trophy for highest % gained at the HVDA Champs 2000, the Waverly Trophy for highest % gained at the Canberrra Classic 2000 and others. She has beaten in official competition the likes of Heath Ryan and ‘Man about Town’ and Lizzie Wilson Fellows and ‘Gracefield Fabian’, DWTS young horse finalist and now FEI competitors. Her dam, Jerry Hall (Monopol), was competed with success up to med level with Shaun France before also retiring to stud duties. Georgia’s sire, Don Ramiro (Don Primero) was competed by Heath Ryan and took home many championships. Don Ramiro also sired TL Ramedon who with Glenda Rooke performed successfully up to FEI level before being sold to overseas interests. Young Rider Brianna Burgess is experiencing enormous success and are about to burst onto the FEI scene with her lovely mare Daylight by Don Ramiro. Jive Magic needs no introduction and is set to be Rozzie Ryan’s next superstar with the Beijing Olympics in mind. We hope he reaches his full potential as an FEI horse.
